Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from France via registered mail within one week of purchase.
Orders placed by Sunday will be dispatched the following Wednesday.

For international orders, please note that customs fees and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or cannot be delivered for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees, taxes, or related costs.
Please note that I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail once the package has been handed over to the postal service.
 
Return & Exchange Policy
I do not accept returns, as each tool is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
